ProTec Tactical Bag Accessories BPSTRAP Editorial Review
The Protec Padded Backpack Strap is designed to help musicians carry their instruments with ease. Available at a budget-friendly price, it is a must-have accessory for anyone using Protec cases lacking backpack straps. Although the strap is versatile, it appears to have specific compatibility with the manufacturer's tenor and bass trombone, baritone, and tenor sax cases, but it is not suitable for cello, French horn, trumpet, or ukulele cases. On the positive side, the strap is sturdy, easy to attach, and comfortable, freeing up musicians' hands to carry other items. Additionally, it is suitable for use with fishing or inflatable boats, among other objects. However, customers have noted a few downsides. Firstly, the backpack strap does not come with every case, and some customers expected it to be included for the price of the product. Secondly, the strap may not work with specific instrument cases owing to attachment points issues. Customers have also complained that it does not fit precisely, making it uncomfortable to wear, and it creaks a lot when walking, which can be quite annoying. Finally, one customer pointed out that the backpack strap is not compatible with the Protec quad trumpet case. To summarize, the Protec Padded Backpack Strap is a great product for musicians who need to carry their instrument without necessarily occupying their hands but may not be suitable for all instruments.
