Nutritionist's Take
Refresh Relieva is an eye drop solution designed for the relief of dry eye symptoms, primarily through its ingredients that act as lubricants and moisturizers. Nutritionists acknowledge that while the product is beneficial for those suffering from dry eyes – a common issue especially in environments with prolonged screen exposure – it does not provide nutritional benefits in the context of diet or nutritional supplementation. The quality of ingredients is generally regarded as high, as they are formulated to effectively hydrate and protect the ocular surface. However, potential drawbacks include the possibility of allergic reactions to certain preservatives included in some variations of eye drops. It is suitable for individuals with various dietary restrictions since it primarily serves a topical therapeutic purpose rather than one directly related to nutritional intake. Overall, for those in need of dry eye relief, Refresh Relieva can be a healthy choice when used as directed.
