On the good side, this power supply has a stable output of 9.3v with no-load and voltage doesn't droop at all. It can continuously supply 850ma of power. However, the visible circuitry is very basic, and it's hard to tell if it's a switcher, as the board is glued in place. The packaging of this product was not good, and the unit was smashed before it was packed. One user failed to get the unit to work, but other than that, it works well for the application it was purchased for.
