NCSEN Door Knobs 5768C -BW-PS Editorial Review
The customer experience with this doorknob product is mixed, reflecting a range of opinions on its aesthetic appeal, installation ease, and overall quality. Many users praise the sleek design and durable material, emphasizing that the doorknob complements their doors beautifully and offers great value for the price. Several reviewers found the installation straightforward and appreciated that it fits well with standard door configurations. However, there are notable criticisms regarding the color and finish of the doorknob. Some customers were disappointed, stating that the actual product did not match the imagery presented online. They described the finish as cheap-looking, with discrepancies in the shade of gold, leading to an unappealing appearance. There were also concerns raised about the return process being cumbersome compared to typical easy-return experiences expected from Amazon, adding to customer dissatisfaction for those who received a product that did not meet their expectations. Despite these issues, the overall sentiment appears to lean positively regarding how the knob performs its primary function and complements home decor, with many expressing that they would Consider purchasing more for additional doors. **
